Hello, I am Dr. Jessica Kliger, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, certified Shamanic Practitioner, and certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. My goal as a healer at Ancient Winds Healing is to help you feel happy and whole, to give you back your power, and to help expand consciousness.

I address healing from the levels of mind, body and spirit. Oftentimes, physical ailments are rooted in old traumas. When we address healing at these deeper levels, then making physical changes, such as adopting a healthier diet, not only becomes easier, but also has a greater healing effect.

Sessions begin with an intake and pertinent physical exams to assess and begin to uncover the root causes of your issues. Lab work may be necessary for further insight and used to guide an individualized treatment plan.

During a session, I may use multiple different treatment modalities, such as hands-on healing, soul retrieval, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, nutrition, hypnotherapy, bach flower essences, and other healing modalities, to assist in the mending of old wounds and to support you on your healing journey.
